The same work, in a different setting

Every programme here is built around the same methodology as the one-to-one coaching work — beneath behaviour, not around it. Whether you are here for a one-hour webinar or an eight-week structured programme, the approach is the same. We work with what is actually driving the pattern, not just the pattern itself.

Group settings carry something that one-to-one work sometimes cannot. Being seen by others doing the same work, and seeing yourself in theirs, opens a different quality of reflection. It is not a lesser version of the coaching. It is a different form of it.

How the methodology works
